Registered Nurse

Job Description:
As a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing clinical support to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ medical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status.
- Provide wound care, injections, and other clinical nursing tasks as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medications, and care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with clients and families.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health or similar settings.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and health assessments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and counsel patients and families.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
